Apple Vinegar La Costeña made of fermented apples ripened naturally. Different from Apple Cider Vinegar, Apple Vinegar is less acidic.

Apple Vinegar is common Mexican cuisine.  Ideal to make pickled chilli peppers or pickled vegetables at home, salad dressings, light sauces and seasoning to dishes.
