Tamarind Syrup


Widely used in Mexico to prepare Aguas Frescas. Mix with water and ice to create a delicious and refreshing drink. Ideal as an alternative to artificial drinks.

Tamarind Syrup Tamarind is widely used in Mexico to make sweets but can be also found in some recipes. However, the most common way to find it in Mexican cuisine is in Aguas Frescas or “cool waters”. Tamarind Syrup has an acidic flavour and it becomes a delicious and refreshing drink when mixed with water and ice. Our syrup is made with tamarind and sugar and it needs to be diluted with water.


Tamarind Pulp, Sugar, Water, Citric Acid, 0.1% Sodium Benzoate as a preservative.
