Tamarind Syrup Tamarind is widely used in Mexico to make sweets but can be also found in some recipes. However, the most common way to find it in Mexican cuisine is in Aguas Frescas or “cool waters”. Tamarind Syrup has an acidic flavour and it becomes a delicious and refreshing drink when mixed with water and ice. Our syrup is made with tamarind and sugar and it needs to be diluted with water.
