Whole Black Beans


Although beans are spread throughout America, is undoubtedly the Mexican cuisine which has adopted as one of its three main foods: corn, beans and chilli.

Beans are consumed at all times and in all places. There are endless ways to prepare beans but almost all start from the same base known as ‘de la olla’ (bean pot) with Epazote.
