This is such a beautiful dip, so creamy and so tasty. Perfect to share, as an appetizer or to serve as a side dish. Excellent to snack on too! There are so many flavours here but they all play along so well into this silky hummus. We believe you’ll love this one!

-Corn tortilla chips

-Fresh vegetables

Notes

  • This is such a fantastic alternative to regular chickpea hummus. Pinto beans are creamier and combine so well with tahini and chipotle peppers.
  • Tajin should be a must in every kitchen. It has a hint of spice and a lot of citrusy flavours. Here, Tajin adds so much to this hummus with just a  little touch and it is an excellent substitute for salt.
  • Chipotles don't leave a lot of spice here but instead, add smokiness, colour, and texture to this already tasty dip.
