Spicy New Potatoes

-700g New potatoes

-10 De Arbol Chillies

-2 Garlic cloves

-¼ Cup Olive Oil

-½ Lemon juice

-1 Tbsp sea salt

-1 Tbsp unsalted butter

1 In a saucepan, cover the new potatoes with water and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook over medium-low for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through. Drain and reserve.

2 Blend together the Arbol chillies, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and salt until everything is well incorporated.

3 Melt the butter in a pan and add most of the salsa (reserve about 3 Tbsp of it). Stir and bring to a boil.

4 Add the potatoes and stir to coat them perfectly well. Cook for no more than 5 minutes in low heat, turning the potatoes often.

5 Serve with the reserved sauce for dipping.

Tip: Arbol chillies are hot but also very tasty! If you want to keep the flavour but not the heat, remove the seeds before blending them and remember to wash your hands after handling them. Read more about our chillies and their spicy level here.
