Guajillo Chillies come from Mirasol Chillies. They are one of the most common chillies in Mexico to prepare adobos and rubs. They are long, shiny with reddish-brown skins. Guajillo Chillies are moderately spicy with tangy flavour and hint of citrus and fruity accents of berries.
Commonly used in salsas, chilli sauces, soups and stews.
