Al Pastor Chicken Tacos

Al pastor tacos are one of Mexico's most traditional street food. You can mostly find them made with pork but this time we took the adobo with all the flavours and used chicken instead. The result is a delicious variation that will bring a fresh twist to a classic. Find the recipe here. 


Roasted Cauliflower with Mole Tacos (V)

We love veggie tacos! Regardless if it is Meat Free Monday or Veganuary, we make sure to bring you plenty of veggie-filled recipes filled with lovely Mexican flavours. This is one of those recipes, where simple but delicious veggies are the star! Together with a light but effective drizzle of mole sauce, you can transform something simple into something really special! This recipe is perfect to use any leftover mole sauce too! Chile Colorado

This is a classic Northern Mexico recipe, also featured in Tex-Mex. Red Chilli or Chile Colorado is a beautiful adobo made with dried chiles and spices that is then used to slow-cook beef until tender. The result is really fantastic and delicious. Easy Chicken Tacos Dorados

Another recipe that is so easy and perfect to use for any leftover chicken! They are also perfect to bring new life to older tortillas! Dress them with your favourite toppings and enjoy delicious crunchy tacos in no time! Recipe here!


Tacos de Adobada (V)

Adobada is usually the name to call Al Pastor tacos in Northern Mexico. Even when they are very similar, there are slight changes in the adobo. We are working here with the Norther style and used it with tempeh but can be easily used with any other protein. The secret to amazing flavour and tacos is always in the ingredients and the sauces. Easy Barbacoa

This is another classic. A traditional dish that is so loved by everyone. Beautiful tender beef cooked in a lovely sauce using our Mexican ingredients. The result is delicious, moreish and just perfect for tacos! The recipe can be found here. 


Chicharron en Salsa Verde - Green Salsa Pork Crackling

A traditional homestyle recipe. As with every traditional dish, there are many variations to it but the essence is the same. This is a very easy recipe and a favourite of many, delicious pork crackling cooked in delicious tomatillo salsa.  So tasty, so good! Recipe here. 


Easy Tempeh Tacos with Chipotle Salsa (V)

We are big fans of tempeh, it goes so well with Mexican flavours but you can use any other protein you like for these tacos. The key to success as usual relies on the flavours and these tacos a loaded with beautiful ones. Whole black beans and a lovely salsa make these tacos light, delicious and very moreish! Spiced Lamb Tacos

Inspiration for these tacos may have come from the other side of the world but thanks to our beloved Mexican Twists we have made one of our tastiest tacos yet. These are simple but amazing. A perfect mix of tasty lamb with fresh veggies and tangy pickled jalapenos. Find the recipe here.
