Poblano Peppers are mild in heat and big in flavour. There are many ways to use them, whole as Chiles Rellenos, filled with beef, covered in batter and fried or to make one of the most traditional dishes from Mexico such as Chiles in Nogada. they can also be used in strips and mixed in many dishes. They go great with chicken or cheese to make a meat free meal option. Add to soups, creams, sauces and salsas for a fantastic flavour and mild heat.
