The new year has arrived and we think this is a great moment to start the year enjoying lighter meals. We also believe that lighter doesn’t mean that it has to be boring and this is the reason why we have collected a few of our favourite recipes that are packed with flavours and good-for-you ingredients to start the year right!


Roasted Veggie Tacos with Chipotle-Tahini Sauce

An old-time favourite of ours. Mixing chipotles with tahini is always a good idea. You can change the roasted veggies for your tacos but keep the sauce! Just a little touch is more than enough to transform your roasted veggies. The link is available here. 


Easy Steak Tacos

These ones are amazing. Slightly different from traditional street tacos. We switched the guacamole for a delicious yoghurt sauce and packed them with veggies aside from the steak. An almost no-guilt taco is always our favourite kind of taco. Link to the recipe here. 


Poblano and Corn Fritters with Jalapeno Sauce
