Poblano & Corn Fritters with Jalapeno-Yoghurt Sauce

This is such a beautiful recipe. Not only easy to make but also perfect to have as a main or as a side dish. Spring Rolls with Spicy Peanut Sauce

One of our favourite ways to use our ingredients is to include them as a Mexican twist in unexpected recipes. This is a shining example of it. These veggie spring rolls are not only stunning but also light, crunchy and fresh which makes them the perfect vessel to enjoy a rich and spicy peanut sauce. This combination is a hit! Black Beans and Grilled Cheese Mole

An unusual way to serve mole? Yes. Worth trying? Absolutely yes! This is one of our all-time favourite recipes. It is delicious, easy to make and an excellent way to use leftover mole. Mole is a traditional Mexican dish on its own. Here, it takes a smaller part in the recipe but shines through the simplicity of the other ingredients.
