Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Mextrade Ltd. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the return conditions below.
Standard Returns
Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be processed after we receive the goods.
Discounted or Clearance Items
Products sold as discounted, clearance, or reduced are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Best Before Dates
Many food products display a “best before” date rather than a “use by” date.
A best-before date indicates the period of optimal quality rather than food safety, meaning the product may still be safe to consume after this date.
Some products may be sold past their best-before date at a discounted price. These products are clearly marked on the website and are not eligible for refund or return unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Perishable Food Products
Due to food safety regulations, perishable food items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Perishable items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused and in their original packaging.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Mextrade Ltd cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds cannot be issued until the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Third-Party Purchases
If a product was purchased through a retailer, distributor, or third-party seller, returns must be arranged through the original seller.
