Thank you for shopping with Mextrade Ltd. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding delivery times, costs, and responsibilities.
Delivery Costs
We offer free delivery on all orders over £40 within mainland United Kingdom.
Orders under £40 are subject to a standard delivery charge of £6.50.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier services, weather conditions, peak delivery periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Mextrade Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your delivery and view courier updates.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
If you believe your parcel has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the courier.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.
Mextrade Ltd cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or issue
We will investigate and work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Food Deliveries
Due to the nature of food products, customers should ensure someone is available to receive the delivery where possible.
Mextrade Ltd cannot be held responsible for food products that deteriorate after delivery due to parcels being left unattended.
Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to:
- incorrect address
- failed delivery attempts
- refusal of delivery
the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently ship to:
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Scilly Islands
- Channel Islands
