Fresh Corn Tortillas

When I opened the carefully packaged bag with the tortillas… the aroma! Oh my! Such a good smell! Proper tortillas that I was really missing! They are very good tortillas, very, very, very fresh. I like this small size because they are versatile for different recipes. Beautiful if you warm them up for your sopa de frijoles for breakfast and your (daily) tacos, good for frying if you are making flautas, great for totopos, great to make tostadas for your pozoles… I’ve pack them in bags of10 and place them in the freezer the night before using them (they are also defrosted in less than an hour outside the fridge) and they keep the texture, flavour and aroma. . I do absolutely love I do definitely recommend them. Please do not make any changes in your recipe!

I buy these weekly for a taco pop up I run and they are incredible. The taste is always super fresh, so full of real corn flavour and I have never once, in over a year, had a single quality issue
