Whole Green Tomatillo

The flavour is tart, and zesty and it goes so well with chiles (fresh and dried). It can be used fresh, roasted or cooked.

Notes: Once open, any unused tomatillos have to be stored in an air-tight container and used for under two weeks. They can spoil easily.
