Chipotle Bulgur
This dish was inspired by our beloved Mexican rice where rice is cooked in a lovely tomato sauce giving it its classic red colour. This time, we used chipotles to spice it up and bulgur instead of rice. It works great as a lovely Mexican Twist! Delicious, easy, and easy to enjoy with many dishes as a side. Savoury Pancakes with Chipotle Yoghurt Sauce
