Aji Panca Paste 212g by Sol Andino is better suited to savoury cooking where depth matters more than heat. Its flavour is darker and smokier than aji amarillo, making it a strong choice for marinades, braises, stews and richer sauces that need body without becoming too spicy.

This gives it a different role in the range, positioned more around slow cooking and meat dishes than bright sauces or high-heat applications. Panca Paste pairs well with Mexican salsas.
