Practical way to have your dry chiles

I prepared some adobo with these chiles and the result was really good. It takes a bit to get used to the flakes as opposed the whole chile but it’s not difficult. I just noticed the guajillo is crushed with seeds and it’s not possible to remove them as I would normally do.
