Fresh 15 cm corn tortillas produced daily in our Surrey tortillería using traditional Mexican nixtamalisation and corn imported from Mexico. These larger tortillas are supplied wholesale to restaurants, street food vendors and caterers across the UK, and are ideal for bigger tacos, quesadillas and other Mexican dishes.

With their larger diameter, 15 cm tortillas allow chefs to add more generous fillings, making them popular in restaurants preparing dishes such as quesadillas, tacos dorados and larger taco styles. Their soft texture and flexibility make them easy to fold and handle in busy professional kitchens.
